COVID 19 PROTOCOL

Dear guests

with this letter we want you to be aware of our efforts of preparing a safe and relaxing atmosphere in which we will welcome you this year!

First of all we would like to share with you the fact that Thassos island had no Covid-19 incident throughout all this period up till today. Supporting this result we would like to follow the instructions* given from the Greek government for all our guests and staff.

*All personnel of The Dome Luxury hotel will complete the related educational seminar in order to apply all measures correctly

According to the Covid 19 protocol all over the world the two main rules to be followed are:

  1. a) To keep the distance of 1,5m between us or use mask where this is not possible and
  2. b) wash or disinfect hands as often as possible. These two measures will be adjusted everywhere possible in our hotel! All public areas; reception, restaurants and bars, pool and beach area, elevators….
    So below you can see the adjustments need to be made in each department for this season;

Reception:

Check in at 15:00 and check out at 11:00

All information throughout your stay is preferable to be send to an email address that you will provide us with to:

Key cards will be disinfected.

Plexi glass buffet area

Temperature measurement available all hours.

Preferably all money exchanges to be made with credit card.


Rooms:

Disinfectant cleaning according to instructions received will take place before the arrival.

Linen & towels will be changed only after being requested by the guest.

Decorative items will be withdrawed and covers will be used for remote controls.

Laundry service will not be available.


Food & Beverage areas:

All boards will be available!

HACCP is followed in food handling.

Table setting will be adjusted according to new requirements.

Staff will be serving you at the buffet area.

Table reservation is suggested for all restaurants (Buffet or A la Carte).

 

Pool will be cleaned according to the new instructions.

Final information about requirements and adjustments applied for COVID-19 in the hotel will be
available at the guest relations desk or at the reception.
